Prof. Appiahene stated that as a Department responsible for training students in digital tools and decision sciences, staff must model the effective use of emerging technologies. He emphasised the need for student-centred learning approaches that equip students with problem-solving skills. He announced that the soon-to-be commissioned ICT Laboratory will support hands-on practical training for students and urged staff to remain open to new areas of study while encouraging pilot and co-piloting activities during academic work. The Head of Department commended staff for their commitment and encouraged them to continue working towards the growth and advancement of the Department.
